Through Our Systems of Success Coaching and Training, the S.E.E. Foundation for Youth enables Individuals to Achieve their Highest Potential early.

Mr. Pilgrim, was born and raised in the small town of Conway, Arkansas. The youngest son of Boyd W. and Elnora Pilgrim, with his 3 brothers and 3 sisters lived in a small 3-bedroom house - filled with LOVE.
Lawson, in 1981, graduated from Hendrix College of Conway, Arkansas.
As the Founder of The S.E.E. Foundation for Youth, which focuses on Safety, Education and Equity for all Youth, Lawson’s Vision, Mission and Quest has always been to Positively Impact the lives of Children and Young Adults, to the best of his abilities, whether in Conway, Arkansas, or in other Countries he was blessed to visit.
As a gifted Basketball Player, he had accomplished about every award possible - including the 1976 Arkansas High School Player of the Year, 1976 High School All-American, 1981 AIC Player of the Year Award, a Two-Time NAIA All-American in College, and the Prestigious Arkansas Hall of Fame Award in 2021. (and many other awards.)
Lawson’s Precious Parents instilled in him and his 6 Siblings – to always focus on “What Really Matters,” – to “ALWAYS” make a Positive Difference in the Lives of Others.
After 16 Years of conducting his Free Success Basketball Clinics in his Hometown (Conway), traveling the World giving his testimony, counselling disadvantaged Youth, working with Students at School Districts nationwide, and now as a Success Coach, Peak Performance Speaker, and Author (Over 32 Years) - his Quest continues!
Mr. Stan Eckwood was born and raised in the Arkansas Delta, the small town of Brinkley where he has always been a committed Advocate for the Success of Youth in Underserved Communities.
Mr. Eckwood graduated from Harding University in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History Administration.
As a Phenomenal Athlete on the Basketball Court, Stan was selected as an All-American in his Senior year. He was then drafted by the Portland Trailblazers of the National Basketball Association. After the Trailblazers, he played in the Continental Basketball Association, and in the Professional Basketball League in Mexico.
Returning to Arkansas, in 2006 Stan founded the Arkansas Big Dogs a Charity Basketball Team.
Stan has always been a committed advocate of Youth in the Underserved Communities.
Mr. Eckwood is currently a Member of the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame, Founder of The Brinkley Sports Hall of Fame, and serving on various boards in his community of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
